We definitely got great value for our money at Casitas El Salitral. The room was simple yet elegant, just like a concrete yurt, and the entire property was beautifully landscaped with a mix of native and exotic plants. The staff were friendly and informative, making our stay even better.
The morning meal could be improved by offering a wider variety of options.

The yurt-style houses were unique and beautifully furnished, and the grounds were stunning with lovely Baja gardens and a nice view of the Pacific. The spacious room had a hammock on the patio, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I loved being able to hear the ocean at night. The owners were also very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at the charming Casitas El Salitral. The cabins were beautifully furnished and had a well-stocked shared exterior kitchen. I loved relaxing in the hammock on the patio and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The view from the sitting area overlooking the ocean was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The friendly staff, including the helpful Rotamundos team, made for a lovely check-in experience. The gardens were meticulously maintained and the open shower and sink added a unique touch. It's the perfect place to make as a base for exploring the area.

The unique concrete yurt-style dwellings added to the elegance of the place. The staff at Rotamundos were friendly and provided useful information during our stay.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the confusing check-in process and the limited amenities in the kitchen, overall, Casitas El Salitral By Rotamundos was a sweet place to stay. With some improvements and more available staff, it could be even better.

The grounds were absolutely stunning, with a jaw-dropping mix of native and exotic plants and rock. The simple and elegant concrete yurt-style dwellings were mind-blowingly beautiful. The staff was super friendly and informative. The big casita had plenty of seating areas, and the outdoor kitchens were a fantastic addition. The sunset views from the upstairs bar were amazing. We loved the option to cook our own dinners and enjoy breakfast on the terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. The hammock on the patio was a delightful touch, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. The open shower and sink added a touch of luxury. The vibrant colors and well-kept gardens added to the overall charm of the place. Plus, the free wi-fi, free parking, shared kitchen, sun loungers. We also appreciated that the rooms were non-smoking.
